Terms of Service

General Guidelines

- I reserve the right to decline a commission order for any reason
- If possible, please include detailed references and descriptions. By providing me with as many references, aesthetics, colour palettes and elements will enhance my understanding of your order!

Payment & Refunds

Payment
- All payments made in AUD on Paypal (Currently Testing Beem)
- Payment can be made 100% Upfront (Before Sketch approval)
- Payment can also be made 50% Upfront BEFORE Sketch Approval and 50% AFTER sketch approvalCancellations & Refunds
-If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketching stage, I will refund you 85% of what you paid
- Once a sketch has been approved, no refunds will be provided
- If for anyunjustifiable reason I am unable to complete a commission, I will provide a full refund

Process

1) Once ‘Matt3ru's Commission Form’ is submitted, You may recieve a corresponding email accepting your order + a record of fees (This can take anywhere between a few hours to weeks if your order is accepted)2) Once payment is received, work will begin on an initial sketch/ During the sketching phase, you can approve, enquire or request adjustments if neccessary. I will notify you on the process multiple times before completion. (NOTE: I PROVIDE 3 FREE CHANGES TO A SKETCH BEFORE I START CHARGIN EXTRA!)General Process
- Sketch → Linework/Coloured/Rendered → Finished
- Minor changes regarding small details, colours, etc. are possible at any stage.
- If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the artmaking, I may charge 10% extra.3) I will submit completed artworks (watermarked + w/o watermarked versions) via Email in JPG or PNG file format (unless asked otherwise.)
Commissions may take up to a month. I will notify you of any possible delays or issues.

Use

- Please be aware that I am only doing commissions for Personal use at this time.FOR PERSONAL USE:
- You are allowed to crop or resize the artwork to create wallpapers icons, or other graphics in non-commercial format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.- You are welcome to upload your commission on social media platforms as long as you give me credit for the work. Please do not mislead others that the artwork was created by anyone other than me- I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to post, reproduce, distribute, copy and/or use the image as a sample for self-promotion or sales.- I reserve the right to reuse design elements and sketches that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions, personal works, portfolio, etc.- I do not condone any of my art being involved in NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens), any cryptocurrency, A.I-generated projects, blockchain-related technology or future inventions within the space.- I do not maintain the rights to any characters owned by the commissioner themselves or from any established IPs. Relevant Concepts and Characters in fan-work belong to their respective owners. All rights reserved.
